What to expect on Level 2
Level 2 Workshop is the next step of your Makaton journey after completing Level 1, providing practical information of the Makaton Communication Programme and a wider understanding of learning & communication differences.
It is recommended for people who need to use Makaton at home and in their work, to develop the communication skills of others.
The Level 2 Workshop includes how to continue using Makaton in everyday situations; immediate needs, home, familiar people, food, events, activities & objects.
You will learn over 150 signs & symbols from stages 3 & 4 of the core vocabulary and Part B of the additional vocabulary.
You will also discover hints and tips for effective signing & symbol use to maximise communication.

Digital Learning Kit v Paper Manual
The Digital Learning Kit is an online participant manual with full interactive features, you will receive a code via email to redeem and gain access to your DLK ahead of the workshop.
The Paper Manual is a physical hard copy of the participant manual which is posted to your delivery address ahead of the workshop.
The RRP set by The Makaton Charity is now £93 per person for individual online tickets BUT I will be keeping my pricing at 2025 rates with further discounts for returning participants and combined levels booked at the same time.
