What to expect on the Level 1 Refresher Session
Refresher Session of Level 1 Signs & Symbols, recaps the signs & symbols from stages 1 & 2 & additional part A of the Core Vocabulary.
Refresher Session of Level 1 Signs & Symbols is in addition to your Makaton training.
These sessions are only open to previous participants of Signing Together.
It is recommended for previous participants of Level 1 training with Signing Together, who need to use Makaton at home and in their work, to develop the communication skills of others.
Refresher Session of Level 1 Signs & Symbols is 1 hour.
Please note the duration of the session may vary depending on group size & recall of previously taught signs & symbols from Level 1 training.
Previous completion of Level 1 training with Signing Together is required.
You will need your Level 1 Participant's manual to hand, which includes the Makaton signs and symbols that you were taught in your Level 1 training.
